Step 2 Line up the stencil on the three points of the Golden Ratio, making sure the black bar is parallel to the ground. It’s a common mistake most of us had made, but luckily, most of the time there is a way back to basics. It might be a little counter-intuitive at first, but as you’re getting into a brow routine for over-tweezed brows, it’s best to start with leaving them alone for a little growth action. Over-tweezed brows can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to grow back, but we promise you, the payoff will be worth it! Use our eyebrow stencils as a key tool to see exactly where you’ll need to grow and remove hair. If you need a little control during this phase, allow yourself to tweeze in the center of the brows only (between the eyes), but stop there! It’s the one part of the day that’s entirely mine, so I use it to ground myself—starting with skincare and sun protection. Whether I’m easing into the morning with an espresso (no cream, no sugar) or heading straight to the airport or a meeting, SPF is non-negotiable. My current go-to is our new Hydra Prime SPF 50—a multitasking primer-sunscreen hybrid that simplifies my routine without compromising on protection. The Golden Proportion Method The Golden Proportion Method is rooted in our exact ethos: that beauty is about balance, not perfection. Anastasia Beverly Hills was founded on the unique application of this method that keeps balance, proportion and harmony at the forefront. Anastasia uses it to inform everything she does, from brow grooming, to arches to, now, contouring the face. Based on this method, the face is comprised of three zones:  Zone 1: Forehead & Brows  Zone 2: Eyes, Nose & Cheeks Zone 3: Lips, Chin & Jaw  Use the Golden Proportion Method to apply Smooth Blur Contour Stick and other products, such as Magic Touch Concealer, to create balance of the face. It’s all about adding both light and shade in three zones: top, center and bottom. Light is used to highlight, accentuate and add volume to higher points of the face, while shade (usually in the form of contour), is used to sculpt, define and mimic shadow in areas that need correction, balance or depth (like under cheekbones). Contouring uses darker, cool-toned shades to mimic shadows and define features (like cheekbones and the jawline), and highlighting uses lighter or shimmery shades to reflect light and bring features forward (like the bridge of your nose and top of cheekbones).   Face Mapping - Where to Contour & Conceal   Face mapping is a makeup technique that identifies key areas of the face where contour should be applied to enhance natural bone structure.
