It’s the one part of the day that’s entirely mine, so I use it to ground myself—starting with skincare and sun protection. Whether I’m easing into the morning with an espresso (no cream, no sugar) or heading straight to the airport or a meeting, SPF is non-negotiable. My current go-to is our new Hydra Prime SPF 50—a multitasking primer-sunscreen hybrid that simplifies my routine without compromising on protection.
