Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from purchases made on our website within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

 

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by using our withdrawal button located in the footer of our website. Alternatively, you may submit a clear statement of your decision to withdraw by email to info@anastasiabeverlyhills.com.

 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

 

Return Shipping

 

All returns must be initiated through the Returns Portal Here. Upon approval, customers will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number linked to the applicable order. Returns received without a valid RMA number cannot be accepted or processed, as the return processing facility is unable to identify or verify orders without an associated RMA

 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The direct cost of return shipping is approximately $10 USD (or the actual carrier cost if lower). We cannot accept return shipping costs that exceed the standard postal rate for your region.

You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal decision to us.

 

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (i.e., handling beyond what would be allowed in a physical store).

 

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including:

  • The price of the goods
  • Standard delivery charges (if you selected expedited or premium shipping, we will refund only the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option)
  • Import duties and taxes collected by us at checkout (if applicable)

 

We will process your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

 

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
