HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT EYEBROW BRUSH
Choosing the perfect eyebrow brush is a lot like finding the perfect scent—you can never have just one. Each eyebrow brush serves its own purpose in helping you create naturally textured-looking eyebrows using the right products. The key is knowing which type of brush you need to create the brows you’ve been dreaming of.
A firm angled brow brush is excellent at detailing, outlining and creating hairlike strokes, while a spoolie brush is ideal for blending product and creating a naturally textured effect. If you like your eyebrows to look polished and sculpted, you’ll need a firm detail brush to achieve the angles you crave.

MAINTIANING EYEBROW BRUSHES
Much like with the brushes you use to apply full-coverage foundation or a finely milled bronzer, you have to properly maintain your eyebrow brushes if you want to get the most out of them. That means cleaning them regularly and making sure they are kept in a place where their fibers won’t get damaged.
After every use, gently wipe any excess product from your eyebrow brush before storing it in a makeup bag or case. At least once a week, we recommend cleaning your brushes with a makeup brush cleanser to avoid product and bacteria buildup. After you wash your eyebrow brushes, allow them to completely dry before putting them back in your makeup brush bag.
HOW LONG DO EYEBROW BRUSHES LAST?
Keeping your eyebrow brushes clean and away from the bottom of your vanity drawer will go a long way in ensuring you get the most out of your eyebrow tools. But like all great things in life—nothing lasts forever. How long your eyebrow brushes will last before it’s time to replace them will depend on how often you use them and how well you maintain them. The great thing about makeup brushes is that they will tell you when it’s time to toss them.
If your brushes have begun to fray, lose bristles or are having a hard time maintaining their shape, it’s probably a good time to head to the store for a new brush.
