ABH Inner Circle is our free loyalty program that rewards you with points every time you shop.
You will be automatically enrolled into ABH Inner Circle when you create an Anastasia Beverly Hills account, or log in to your existing account.
Anyone can be a member of the ABH Squad! Sign up for an account here to start earning points.
When you sign up for ABH Inner Circle, you automatically receive 50 points. By earning points every time you shop, you'll be able to unlock new rewards as you move up every tier. Points can be used for money off your next purchase.
All members of the ABH Inner Circle receive a Birthday Month Gift, an Anniversary month voucher, and receive early access to shop new products. As you move up tiers, you unlock even more exclusive offers.
You are able to earn points by shopping on ABH.com.
After you sign up for a loyalty account, all purchases, excluding Gift Cards and subscription orders, count towards ABH Inner Circle. Points are earned on your order total before taxes and shipping are applied.
You can redeem your points in your account page, or when you proceed to checkout to place your order.
In your account page, you must select the reward you would like to use, then copy the code in the checkout page to redeem your points.
In checkout, the slider can be used to apply points to your order.
Your points never expire, but your tier status does reset after 365 days.
After one year, you will begin again at the FAN tier and in order to move back up to LOVER or ICON, you will need to collect points.
Any points you gain after your status resets will be in addition to the points you've already earned in the program.
Past purchases are not eligible for points.
Rewards points are added to your account 15 days after you make a purchase.
Points can only be earned on purchases made on ABH.com.
If you’re signed up for ABH Inner Circle, you can earn points on both domestic and international orders.
If you already selected a reward to use in your account page, reach our to our Customer Service team to refund the reward so you can select another.
ABH Gift Cards cannot be purchased with Loyalty points.
You cannot use loyalty points on subscription orders.
Loyalty points cannot be redeemed at any of our Salon locations.
Points cannot be used on our new products. Points cannot be stacked with our $10 brush offer or our Build your own palette offer.
If you make a return, the points that you earned will be automatically deducted from your account. If you returned a product that you used points to purchase, they will be forfeited and not be added back to your account.
We do not allow any returns on ABH products that were redeemed using rewards points.
Check to see if you are using your points on eligible items. We do not allow points on our new products or promotions, gift cards or subscription orders.
If you selected to use your points in your account page, the code must be entered in checkout for the points to apply.
If you use your points on an order that was cancelled, the points will be returned to your account.
No additional points will be earned.
Opting out forfeits all points associated with your account. Once opted out, you will no longer receive communications regarding the program or have access to any Loyalty features and benefits.
