Then, apply hair-like strokes in sparse areas where needed. Blend with the spoolie brush for a natural-looking finish. Brow Wiz® features a wax pigment formula that glides on smooth and easy over dry skin, creating a buildable base for the next step. Step 2 Next, highlight and define your brow using Highlighting Duo Pencil. For the most natural look, apply the shimmer pencil tip first, from the arch of the brow to the end. Then apply the matte tip from the beginning of the brow to the end. Use the flat side of Brush 20 to soften and blend edges, using short, downward motions.
