WHAT ARE INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?

Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.

HOW DO I USE INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?

At checkout, choose ‘Installments by Afterpay’ as your payment method. First time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual. Returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay, and a minimum purchase amount may apply.

CAN I USE INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY IF I’M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

Installments by Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address within the US and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay at this time.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED USING INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?

Please follow our standard returns policy, as outlined here: Return Policy. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay. If you believe there is fault or concern with your Afterpay purchase payment, please contact Afterpay customer support at info@afterpay.com.

Subscription Service FAQ's
How do subscriptions work?

If you use the recommended amount of any of our products, the full size should last you around 45 days. However, you have the option of selecting 60, 75 of 90 days based on your personal use of the products.

 Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

 Yes, you can choose to skip a delivery at any time. Navigate to your subscription account and go to 'upcoming orders.' From there, select the subscription order you would like to cancel and select the option at the bottom of the page. If there is more than one product in your subscription, you must select the individual item you would like to cancel.

 Can I skip a delivery?

 Yes, you can choose to skip a delivery at any time. Navigate to your subscription account and go to 'upcoming orders.' From there, click into the first upcoming order, then click 'skip this order' at the bottom of the page.

 Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

 Yes, you can change the frequency of your subscription by clicking into 'subscriptions,' then updating the order frequency on that page.

 Can I add other products onto my subscription?

 Yes, you can add either a one-time product or another subscription to an existing order. Navigate to 'subscriptions' and click 'add a product.' From there, you can select a product to add as either a recurring order with 10% off, or one time order.

 Can I update my shipping or billing on my order?

 You can update your shipping address by clicking into 'shipping addresses' then adding your shipping address and clicking next. You must use an associated payment with the new address. If you would like to add a new payment method and billing address, you will need to place a new order.

 How far in advance do I need to make adjustments to my order?

Any adjustment to your subscription order must be made by 5PM ET the day before your order is set to renew.

Can I use a discount code on my subscription order?

At this time, we do not allow other discounts to be used with a subscription order, but we do offer 10% off all recurring orders!

 When will my card be charged?

 You will be charged for your subscription on the renewal date of your next order.
