Beauty pioneer, creative visionary and powerhouse entrepreneur Anastasia Soare is Founder, CEO, and driving force behind Anastasia Beverly Hills. Soare immigrated to the US from Romania without language skills or financial means, leveraging a fierce resolve and education in art and architecture to fuel her entrepreneurial vision and unique approach to beauty. Her capacity for driving growth through innovation and organizational focus on customers has become a hallmark of her leadership and the ABH brand. She has since achieved iconic status in her twenty-five year journey to self-made woman and American success story.
Anastasia Beverly Hills President Claudia Soare leads the company’s day-to-day operations, product development, and marketing for the brand’s best-selling prestige cosmetics line. A radical entrepreneur in her own right, Soare has been credited with leadership decisions that have catapulted ABH to its standing among the world’s most influential cosmetics brands. She works to break down the traditional standards of beauty, broadening its definition and paving the way for a space devoted first and foremost to inclusivity.
Mike Butler is a native of Brooklyn, New York. Mike pursued an education in Psychology and Business. His entrepreneurial mindset led him to start and manage several successful projects with over ten years of experience in Market Research and Branding. He currently serves as Chief of Staff at Jogg. His role at Jogg allows him to coalesce his passion for the arts, media, marketing, and branding in one.
Tunisha Collure is a Senior Vice President in Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking Group. She is a member of Los Angeles’ Invest in Hope supporting St. Jude Children’s Cancer Research as well as the Association for Corporate Growth in Los Angeles.
Carla M. Palmer is a Corporate and Community Engagement Strategist, currently serving as Sr. Manager, Corporate + Community Engagement for United Friends of the Children; a nonprofit organization providing housing and education programming to foster youth in Los Angeles County. Carla is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy and the Cal Berkeley Alumni Association.
Lauren Hill is a native of New Jersey and Digital Strategist, currently the Director of Ecommerce at Versed. With over 7 years of cultivating new and innovative experiences across industries, Lauren has centered her career around “creating to inspire."
Eula Smith has had a 30 year plus career in fashion, where she held leadership roles at Nordstrom before launching her own company, EMS Consulting, Inc. EMS Consulting focus is building brands in the fashion industry, along with developing private label brands for major retailers. Eula also sits on the board for BRAG, Black Retail Action Group, which helps to get college students of color into the retail industry successfully.
